RP603 paver can be applied in the construction work of highway asphalt pavement of various grades for paving different types and gradations of asphalt concrete materials.
Due to electric heating hydraulic telescopic screed, it is especially suitable for urban construction, municipal maintenance and other projects. The machine incorporates full hydraulic drive and micro- computer control, realizing automatic control of material level and leveling.
High level of automation in combination with the new generation ergonomic operation platform, providing more simple, faster operation experience.
Performance Characteristics:
* Cummins turbocharged diesel engine, high power reserve and energy-saving effect; The application of centralized cooling technology and the three-in-one integrated radiator, centralized cooling the water, hydraulic oil and air, combined with large diameter, low speed, direct-drive cooling fan, effectively ensure the continuous efficient and stable work of the power system.
* The control mode is upgraded to mature CAN communication, intelligent paving management function allowing real-time monitoring and automatic fault diagnosis of the whole vehicle.
* The walking control utilizes the technology of constant speed automatic control to avoid the paving speed affected by load.
* Ultrasonic automatic control technology is adopted to control the material level. The material level can be controlled stably and the auger speed can be adjusted continuously.
* Digital automatic leveling technology ensures high evenness, filling the requirements of high-grade road construction.
