L975F is a luxurious loader for heavy materials handling. It features large breakout force, comfortable operation and high efficiency, and is widely used in such operating conditions as construction sites, mines and docks.
1. The China III electronically-controlled high-pressure common-rail engine enjoys stable system capacity; and the provision of multi-layer system protection and correction measures improves the reliability and safety of the engine;
2. The configuration of SDLG reinforced swing drive axle and full-hydraulic service brake enables stable braking, convenient maintenance and high reliability;
3. The load-sensitive full-hydraulic steering system allows prioritized steering and high safety and stability. The implement hydraulic system is designed with a pilot control lever and a dual-pump confluence mechanism, making the control easy, safe and reliable;
4. The full-hydraulic wet type brake system makes the braking nimble, stable, safe and reliable.
5. The standard anti-rollover cab is able to cope with severe and complex working conditions in mines, thus realizing high safety.
6. The cooling system features independent motor driving + intelligent control, so that the fan speed can be adjusted according to the operating data of the system to realize energy saving and higher efficiency.
7. The KD gearshift feature enables simpler working process, lower operating fatigue and higher working efficiency.
8. The Z-type reversible 6-linkage structure and the reasonably optimized articulation points allow large break-out force and high loading efficiency.
9. The independent cooling system is applied, and each level of the cooling system is rotatable, making the cleaning easier;
10. Silicone oil dampers are applied to the engine, cab and luxury seat, realizing three-level shock absorbing and good riding comfort;
11. Fuses and relays of the loader are integrated at the left rear part of cab and can be accessed once the hatch is opened, making the inspection and maintenance easier.
